In pe class younger ages are practicing in skills by doing stations that involve soccer, speedaway and lacrosse. In 2nd and 3rd grade students are playing foosball soccer which is played like the foosball table game. This is a good way to get students to pass the ball to their teammates. They are also playing lacrosse with scoops.
The 4th and 5th graders have recently been graded on their pacer test and the mile run. They have been playing soccer indoors and will play outdoors. I then plan to teach speedaway indoor and outdoor and move into playing lacrosse. They will end the year after spring break getting ready for our big track meet that will take place at Prairie View High School on Monday May 16th where they will compete against Landmark Academy, Foundations Academy and Belle Creek Charter.
